Never Forget Another Birthday

If you know me, you know I love to celebrate birthdays.
But I'm also not the best when it comes to remembering everyone's birthday.
So to make sure I never forget to say 'Happy Birthday', I automate a birthday club to do all of the "remembering” for me.
And I do this because I truly believe that...
"You are one birthday celebration away from your next big deal or your next big referral."
This means sending a birthday card or gift to your customers, friends, and family members could be a HUGE opportunity for you.
Imagine being the only company that sends a birthday card to one of your customers. Or the one person that sends your team a birthday gift.
Would that have a great impact on your relationships?

Our world has become such an impersonal place, especially in business.

Here are a few ideas:
Look up their birthdays on Facebook™️
Send a postcard with a QR code inviting them to join your automated Birthday Club using my favorite tool for direct mail
Send your customers a Google form link for your Birthday group in your contacts
If you practice asking for your customers' birthdays, you will find it gets easier.
This isn’t free, but let me share a secret with you. They also feel loved. And customers who feel loved will NEVER leave you.
